    IV Forum Wizja Rozwoju

The fourth edition of the nationwide conference Forum Wizja Rozwoju started in Gdynia. This is the largest event devoted to the economy in northern Poland. Among those attending are Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Minister of Family and Social Policy Marlena Maląg.

The fourth edition of the conference Forum Wizja Rozwoju (Forum Vision of Development), which takes place at the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia, is the largest event dedicated to the economy in northern Poland. It takes place at a special pandemic time. The impact of the pandemic on Poland, and government projects devoted to improving the economic situation were the main, but not the only, topics of this year’s Forum.

The Polish Deal, an element of the government’s reconstruction program, is one of the most important financial mechanisms that will allow Poland to get on the fast track of economic recovery.

As specialists say, Poland’s situation in the European arena is good, which is confirmed not only by national indicators. This is also the moment to take advantage of the opportunity offered by the European reconstruction funds.

However, money is only supposed to be a tool that needs to be used properly. In still uncertain times, it is also necessary to plan multiannual and to make, often difficult, decisions.

As the pandemic has shown, digital technologies play a crucial role in the organization’s life. Today, many official or health issues can be handled remotely. As experts say, this is just the beginning of a real digital revolution, for which large funds have been allocated, also from the EU budget.

During this year’s edition of the Forum Wizja Rozwoju, dozens of thematic panels will be held over two days, with several hundred speakers. The event is held under the honorary patronage of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
