Flaki po warszawsku (Warsaw tripe) is one of the most popular dishes of the Masovian Voivodeship and the capital city Warsaw itself.
It is a traditional meat dish in the form of a thick soup. Its name derives from one of its main ingredients – thin and cleaned strips of beef tripe.
Warsaw tripe is served with meatballs and we are preparing a recipe for it 😋
