    Young Design 2021 – Year of Lem

    The 14th edition of the contest for young designers on the threshold of their professional careers has been adjudicated!

    On October 14, 2021, the Institute of Industrial Design held a gala awards ceremony and the opening of the exhibition “Young Design 2021 Year of Lem”.

     

    The main prize – funded by the Minister of Culture, National Heritage and Sport, Prof. Piotr Gliński – the Wanda Telakowska scholarship, amounting to PLN 20000, was awarded to Karolina Kruszewska. Karolina Kruszewska is a student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, who presented in front of the jury “HOSHI – your private piece of heaven”.

     

    Three additional cash prizes sponsored by competition partners were awarded in the Young Design 2021 competition.

     

    After the official part, the tour of the exhibition began. The exhibition features the winning projects of the “Young Design 2021 edition The Year of Lem”.

     

    The exhibition will be open until November 10, 2021, from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 – 19:00, at the Institute of Industrial Design in Warsaw, 5/7 Świętojerska Street, in the Designers Room. Admission to the exhibition is free.

     

    The exhibition will also be realized in the form of a virtual walk-through.
