Robert Lewandowski takes advantage of Erling Haaland's injury to cement himself as the Bundesliga's top scorer. Borussia Dortmund's Norwegian star is unlikely to play again this year, with the Pole putting himself on the goalscoring list in every Bayern Munich game.

It was no different on Saturday when the Bavarians met the previously unbeaten Freiburg in the 11th round of the German Premier League. The team led by coach Christian Streich could also boast the best defence in the German league before the game against Bayern - only seven goals lost in ten games.

After half an hour of play, Leon Goretzka took advantage of Thomas Mueller's pass and beat Mark Flekken. In the 75th minute, Lewandowski, standing right in front of the goal, with a slide tackle has increased the score. It was Lewandowski's 13th goal of the Bundesliga season, second on the list of top snipers Haaland has nine hits to his credit. Janik Haberer scored the winning goal for the visitors in added time.

Bayern strengthened in the leadership position - with 28 points ahead of second in the table Borussia Dortmund (24. points). BVB will take on RB Leipzig at 18.30 in the 11th round. Freiburg remained third in the table with 22 points.
