Today at 2.30 pm on Piłsudski Square in Warsaw a demonstration to thank the services that are currently defending the Polish border started. The organizers appeared in the square with a banner "Duma i Szacunek" referring to the action of the Niezalezna. pl website and the Gazeta Polska newspaper.

Tomasz Sakiewicz, editor-in-chief of "Gazeta Polska" and "Gazeta Polska Codziennie" was also present at Piłsudski Square.

“This action is highly needed because hybrid war takes place primarily in the information sphere. We see an element of an authentic clash, we have a lot of injured, but the first attack tried to destroy the morale of the soldiers. We not only thank and pay tribute but also respond to the attack. We explain that defending the homeland is an honour and duty. The opponent's further attack depends on our attitude. If it turns out that he is breaking unity, then maybe this war will last for many months or even years,” Sakiewicz said to the audience.

Then, the participants of the demonstration laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and watched the changing of the guard of honour.
