Russians missiles in western Ukraine. Pelosi ended her one-day visit to Taiwan. Check out [VIDEO]

Last night, Russians attacked Mykolaiv in the south of Ukraine and Kharkiv in the east of the country. The missiles fell for the first time in over a month also in the Lviv region near the Polish border. According to the assessment of our politicians – this is a response to the visit to Ukraine of the Polish delegation headed by the head of diplomacy Zbigniew Rau.

The firing of Mykolaiv lasted until the early hours of the morning. There was a power cut in the entire periphery as a result of powerful explosions.

The situation was similar in Kharkiv – explosions were heard all night. The Russian attacks also targeted the cities of Dnipropetrovsk and Chervonohrad oblasts, where the Russians launched a missile attack 14 km from the Polish border on Tuesday.

“Yesterday, during the anti-aircraft alarm, the enemy launched a missile attack on a military infrastructure facility near Radziechów in the Chervonohrad region. As a result, one building was damaged. Fortunately, no one was hurt,” Maksym Kozycki, Head of the Authorities of the Lviv Region, said.

Previous Russian attacks on targets in the Lviv region took place, among others, on March 26th, the day of the US President’s visit to Poland. Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau visited Kyiv and went to Ukraine as the chairman of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

NANCY PELOSI TO VISIT TAIWAN. CHINA WILL NEVER SIT IDLY BY

This is the first U.S. visit of such a high level to Taiwan since 1997, when the former speaker of the House of Representatives, Newt Gingrich, visited the island. China strongly protested against the visit. President Xi Jinping, in a phone call with U.S. President Joe Biden, warned against Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan, telling the U.S. not to play with fire. Beijing has been sending US administration officials, through informal channels, warnings that China could respond militarily to such a visit. Nevertheless, Pelosi landed in Taipei after visiting Singapore and Malaysia. During her talks with Taiwanese authorities, she stressed that the United States will not abandon its commitments to the island and will protect democracy from authoritarianism. This afternoon local time, Nancy Pelosi flew back to Seoul and will visit Japan tomorrow.
