The intercepted Russian soldier’s phone call: “A lot of people refuse to fight” [VIDEO]

The Ukrainian intelligence officers intercepted a Russian soldier’s conversation in Ukraine who complained about the number of people in Russian forces who refused to fight.

The Chief of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (GUR) informed on Telegram about intercepting the telephone conversation.

“There are only 11 people in my platoon and there should be 30. We have a battalion of 320 people but there are only 52 of us left. Not just because people have been killed or injured, they just have refused to fight.”

At the time of the call, the Russian soldier was in Kharkiv Oblast and was talking about the state of recruitment in their armed forces. According to the soldier, “since the restrictions on recruitment have been lifted, only “good-for-nothing” people have been joining.” (pravda.com.ua)
