Insights into Poland’s business landscape and a cultural finale at the Riga conference.
On December 5, Riga hosted the conference “Doing Business in Poland. Good and Bad Experience”. The event was organized by the Polish-Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the Embassy of Poland in Riga. It brought together experts from Poland and Latvia to share valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges of conducting business in Poland.
Key speakers included Cezary Cieślukowski, President of the Suwałki Special Economic Zone, and Joanna Mogilnicka from the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). They presented essential information on initiating trade activities in Poland, highlighting the country’s business-friendly environment and potential growth sectors.
The conference concluded on a high note with the “Snow and Joy” concert held at the Eviart Gallery. Performers included soprano Ewa Maria Sawczuk, as well as Latvian musicians Andris Gailis and Artis Gāga, creating a harmonious blend of culture and commerce to close the day.
The event underscored Poland’s dynamic market potential and fostered stronger economic ties between Poland and Latvia.
