The Polish national team entered Saturday’s clash with remarkable energy, surging ahead to lead 13:8 and then 15:10. However, the Americans managed to close the gap, setting the stage for a tense deadlock. The match reached its pinnacle in a thrilling tiebreaker, where Olivia Różanski substituted for Martyna Czyrniańska and delivered the decisive blow.
As the sides swapped, the White-Reds showcased newfound composure, a stark departure from their previous performances.
