On Saturday the World Cup competition on the 142-meter hill will start at 4:15 pm in Titisee-Neustadt. Slovene Cene Prevc was unbeatable in the qualification with 135.5 m. Five Polish jumpers could qualify for the competition and the best of them, Jakub Wolny, finished 24th with a jump of 120.5 m.
Also Andrzej Stękala, Aleksander Zniszczol, Maciej Kot and Klemens Murańka will compete on Hochfirstschanze. Tomasz Plich, on the other hand, did not make it to the top 50. By the decision of head coach Michal Dolezal the best Polish jumpers, who are preparing for the Olympic Games in Beijing, did not travel to Germany.
