The 25 under 25 competition was established due to the 25th anniversary of McKinsey&Company in Poland. On the occasion of the company’s jubilee, they wanted to distinguish outstanding and extraordinary people under the age of 25, who will play a significant role in the development of the Polish economy and society in the future.

Besides this year’s edition, the competition took place in 2019, 2020, and 2021. It allows the participants to meet inspiring people and make new business acquaintances, which is a helpful tool to develop their projects and gain knowledge from others’ experiences. In each category, there is a selection of one winner who will receive a prize of PLN 10,000 and the support of an exceptional Mentor for one year from the end of the competition.
