It is a difficult decision, but it was made due to the threat to the functioning of miners in the rest of the plant, explains the management board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa. The 58th day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine brought a Russian offensive in Donbas. Up to 25 tactical battalion groups supported by bombers attacked Izjum – a city in the eastern part of the country.
