Yesterday, the Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki and the Minister of Interior and the Coordinator of Special Services, Mariusz Kamiński, announced a historical success in the fight against drugs, with the largest drugs seizure in 30 years. Police officers from the Central Police Investigation Bureau and the National Revenue Administration, seized two tonnes of cocaine from Columbia worth an estimated 2 billion zlotych, and detained several suspects.
”This attempt of smuggling was the biggest one of the last 30 years recent years when it comes to the value of items. The cocaine was valued at 2 billion zlotych. It was about 2 tons of cocaine from Colombia. Very effective actions taken by the National Revenue Administration and the Central Police Investigation Bureau prevented the attempt of smuggling on a European scale”- says Mateusz Morawiecki, Prime Minister of Poland.

We can say that our officers have saved Europe from a huge amount of cocaine.
