    Another Il Divo concert in Poland in memoriam to the late band member

    Il Divo – the adored operatic pop band announces its second concert in Poland this year. Fans in our country will have the opportunity to see their idols additionally on 17 October at COS Torwar in Warsaw. In addition, Il Divo will also perform in Poland on 12 November at TAURON Arena Krakow. This will be Il Divo’s seventh and eighth visit to the Vistula, but the first time without Carlos Marin, who passed away at the end of 2021. The upcoming ‘Greatest Hits Tour’ dedicated to the late band member promises to be the most moving in Il Divo’s history. The concerts are organised by the Prestige MJM agency.

    Il Divo is one of the favourite classical crossover bands in the world, as well as in Poland. The group has been touring our country for years, selling out halls in many cities and enchanting audiences with their unique, perfectly complementary voices. The singers sing the world’s greatest hits, which in their classic performance gain a whole new dimension.


    “We have been working with Il Divo for many years now. This band is a kind of phenomenon with an incredibly devoted fan base that turns up in large numbers at every concert. Watching how much joy they bring to thousands of spectators is a sheer pleasure. All the more so as their rendition of timeless world hits sounds truly exceptional,” comments Janusz Stefański from Prestige MJM agency.


    This year, the pleasure is doubled. For the band’s fans, there is no better news than that they will be able to party with their idols at two concerts in 2022. Especially since the already announced concert in Krakow is selling exceptionally well. The band also makes no secret of the joy of performing in Poland and admits that the fans here are exceptional.


    “You guys in Poland are amazing, every time we come to you. This upcoming tour, because of the circumstances surrounding Carlos’ death, is very powerful. Probably the biggest of all the tours we have had in almost 18 years,” Sébastien Izambard said in an interview with Prestige MJM.


    As one of Il Divo’s vocalists announces, the concerts in Warsaw and Krakow will be exceptional. To the delight of fans, the artists will present their greatest hits – songs that every listener knows and loves. The much-loved “Regresa a mi”, “Hallelujah” and “Time to Say Goodbye” will resound in the two Polish cities. In addition, the upcoming events will be a chance to pay tribute to the late Carlos, which will undoubtedly add an extra emotional dimension to the concerts. Il Divo’s performances will also feature a guest appearance by Steven LaBrie – a baritone, winner of countless opera awards with a wealth of theatrical experience.
