North Korea launched more than 100 artillery and ballistic missiles at the Sea of Japan on Wednesday. For the first time since the end of the Korean War in 1953, Pyongyang ballistic missiles fell off the coast of South Korea.
Earlier today, South Korea’s military said it fired three air-to-ground missiles towards the north of its maritime border with North Korea in response to the North’s missile launches, including one which landed less than 60 kilometres off South Korea’s coast.
