The latest episode of the documentary “Reset” reveals that the Foreign Ministry under Radosław Sikorski delayed sending letters from President Lech Kaczyński to the leaders of NATO countries. In the correspondence, the president argued how important it was for European security to admit Ukraine and Georgia to the North Atlantic Pact. In April 2008, a NATO summit was held in Bucharest. The conclusions did not specify a path for the admission of Georgia and Ukraine, and as a result, just 4 months later Putin attacked Georgia.
