“May the holidays bring a sense of community to those who are alone and support to those in need from people of goodwill,” wished the presidential couple: Andrzej Duda and Agata Kornhauser-Duda.
The holiday wishes of the Presidential Couple, along with a video message, were published on the president’s website and social media. “On the occasion of Christmas, we extend our warmest wishes to all compatriots in the country and abroad – for health and peace,” said President Andrzej Duda.
The President’s wife, Agata Kornhauser-Duda, reminded that “according to Polish tradition, on Christmas, we share the wafer with loved ones and exchange heartfelt wishes.” She added, “We hope that your meetings with family will be filled with joy and harmony.”
“In this exceptional time, may everyone experience closeness and find their place at the Christmas Eve table. May the holidays bring a sense of community to those who are alone and support to those in need from people of goodwill,” President Duda emphasized.
The First Lady expressed confidence that “kindness and solidarity with others, particularly accompanying the holidays, will stay in our hearts for a long time.”
“May the holiday gatherings be filled with caroling together, sharing cheerful memories, and hopeful conversations about what awaits us in the new year,” said President Duda. “We wish you a Merry Christmas,” added Agata Kornhauser-Duda.
