PM in Berlin: Russia should pay Ukraine war reparations

International Expert Conference on the Recovery, Reconstruction and Modernisation of Ukraine takes place in Berlin today. The prominent European politicians attend the conference during which Prime Minister Morawiecki pointed out that “Ukraine is our fortress, and it is our duty to invest in strengthening Ukraine. Russia should pay Ukraine war reparations.”
