If Trump Wins, Elon Musk Will Serve in His Administration

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has reiterated that he would “definitely” like Elon Musk to hold a position in his future administration if he wins the November elections. The billionaire responded on the X platform that he is “ready to serve,” according to Rolling Stone magazine.

In an interview with Reuters, Trump announced that if elected, he would offer the Tesla owner a government or advisory role.

“He’s a very smart guy. I would definitely do it,” he added.

In July, Musk supported Trump’s presidential bid and announced the creation of a Super PAC called America PAC, aimed at raising funds for Trump’s campaign.

As reported by Rolling Stone, there were media reports that Musk would contribute $45 million a month to this committee, but the Tesla chief denied this.

Trump had already mentioned in May that he was considering offering Musk a significant position. According to the Wall Street Journal, the former president and the world’s wealthiest man have discussions several times a month, covering topics such as immigration, technology, and the new kind of U.S. military force, Space Force.

Rolling Stone recalls that just two years ago, Musk and Trump were exchanging insults on social media, but in July, the former president declared at a rally, “I love Elon Musk.”
