Patriots vs ‘Attractive Europeans.’ Tarczyński: We will do everything for Poland. And them?

Kidawa-Błońska said that Jarosław Kaczyński only loves Poland and doesn’t care about Europe, which is not true. We are interested in how Europe looks, how the continent develops, because it affects us as we are connected vessels. But yes – we love Poland first. I am proud of this. This is a fundamental difference and I wouldn’t treat it as a criticism – said Law and Justice (PiS) MEP Dominik Tarczyński on Telewizja Republika.

Law and Justice deputies are holding meetings with voters in Poland’s largest cities this weekend.

We have taken the first step towards victory, towards returning to power, and this is the march we started today. We are showing what we said before: Poland is united, and we don’t just focus on large centers but also on smaller ones – we are in different parts of the country – said Dominik Tarczyński on Telewizja Republika.

As the PiS MEP emphasized, “what we heard today from the former prime minister is very important.”

Mateusz Morawiecki talked about wanting to instill hope and show who we are as a party that won but didn’t win enough. I would like to ask not to use the term that we lost the elections. We won them, but we need to consider why we didn’t win enough – he recalled, also pointing out that in meetings with Poles, PiS politicians want to show the differences between PiS and the Coalition of December 13. To answer the question: “who are we,” “what is the fundamental difference also between us – the patriotic camp and so-called attractive Europeans,” “what separates us in the perception of Poland, in the implementation of political programs and how it affects Poland and Europe.”

The fundamental difference is that we will do everything for Poland. Kidawa-Błońska said that Jarosław Kaczyński only loves Poland and doesn’t care about Europe. Which is not true. We are interested in how Europe looks, how the continent develops, because it affects us, as we are connected vessels. But yes – we love Poland first. I am proud of this. This is a fundamental difference and I wouldn’t treat it as a criticism. Firstly. Secondly – the way of implementing politics is focused on us first, then we worry about neighbors. I have the impression that our competitors worry first about what the neighbors will say, mainly Berlin, and only then consider the consequences in Poland – noted the PiS MEP.
