Immature seeds contain linatin, a toxic amino acid that, under the influence of digestive enzymes, transforms into hydrogen cyanide, a poisonous substance. Therefore, caution is advised, especially when consuming ground flaxseed, and the intake should be limited to two tablespoons at a time.

- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 bunch arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine flaxseed, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and arugula.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, gently mixing the ingredients.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
