    The Presidents of the Union of the Comoros, the Republic of Zambia and the Republic of South Africa visited Poland

    In recent days, the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, has held a series of important meetings in the international arena, which may have a significant impact on the development of Poland’s political and economic relations with other countries. Of particular importance was the President’s meeting with representatives of three countries – the Union of the Comoros, the Republic of Zambia and the Republic of South Africa.

    During the meeting with the President of the Union of Comoros, the development of diplomatic and economic cooperation and Russian aggression against Ukraine were discussed.

    The first ever meeting between the President of the Republic of Poland and the President of the Republic of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema, took place at the highest level and was of extraordinary significance. During this historic conversation, a number of issues concerning bilateral relations, such as economic, social, educational and technological aspects, were raised. However, these were not the only topics discussed. The situation in Ukraine and war crimes committed by Russia were also discussed. As part of the meeting, the President of the Republic of Poland continued important discussions with the President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa. Not only was the situation in Ukraine discussed, but also the possibilities of support for Ukraine and issues related to the African Peace Mission were analysed. The Head of the Office for International Policy, Minister Marcin Przydacz, was also present during these meetings, which indicates the political and strategic importance of these talks.
