Vice President for Criminal Matters at Warsaw-Mokotów District Court Resigns Due to Political Pressure!

Judge Grzegorz Krysztofiuk of the District Court, who served as the Vice President for Criminal Matters at the Warsaw-Mokotów District Court (responsible for political cases handled by the National Prosecutor’s Office, ruling on detention requests), has resigned due to POLITICAL PRESSURE, reports Michał Woś on the X portal, publishing the resignation document.

“What kind of country do we live in?” – this comment appeared immediately after the publication of Judge Grzegorz Krysztofiuk’s resignation.

This sentiment can be expressed seeing the actions of Bodnar and his associates. Never before in Poland has there been such pressure exerted on judges as there is now. We are living in a state governed like a dictatorship, with Belarusian standards. Poland is quickly becoming a banana republic, just seven months into the coalition’s rule, as of December 13th.
