    Wild strawberry leaf tea recipe

    Wild strawberry leaf tea, derived from the leaves of the wild strawberry plant is known for its various potential health benefits. Check the recipe!

    The green leaves of the strawberry should be collected in the forest and dried at up to 40°C by spreading them thinly on parchment paper.

    It is best to collect the young leaves before flowering, i.e. as early as April, but they can also be obtained and dried during fruiting. They then have a higher tannin content and the tea made from them is the most rich in taste.


    • 1-2 teaspoons of dried strawberry leaves
    • 1 glass of water


    • Pour a glass of boiling water over the dried strawberry leaves.
    • Steep covered for 15 minutes and strain.
    • Drink 3-4 times a day
