Foresters from the Regional Management of State Forests in Piła (Greater Poland voivodeship) will donate over 700 Christmas trees to institutions fighting the coronavirus pandemic. Christmas trees will go, among others, to hospitals, sanitary and social welfare centers located in the RDSF Piła.
“When fighting for health or helping others in this difficult time, spent away from loved ones, it is worth remembering that Christmas is approaching,” emphasized the Regional Management of State Forests in Piła.
As reported, Piła foresters will donate a total of over 700 Christmas trees to institutions fighting the coronavirus pandemic. Christmas trees will go, among others, to social welfare homes, nurseries, kindergartens, schools and other institutions located in the Regional Management of State Forests in Piła.
“The foresters hope that the trees, which will go straight from the forest to hospitals in Piła, Czarnków, Wągrowiec, Złotów, Chodzież, Trzcianka and Wyrzysku, clinics, the Society for Help for the Sick in Piła, as well as rehabilitation centers, will cheer up people staying there and help them get through this difficult time in a friendly, festive atmosphere,” it was stated in the press release.
