Two contracts were signed in Szczecin for the reconstruction of the road system in Międzyodrze. The value of the contracts exceeds PLN 120 million gross. The reconstruction of the road system in Międzyodrze is one of the largest communication investments that will be implemented in the city in the coming years, the municipality reported.
Firma Budowlano-Drogowa MTM SA will be responsible for the implementation of two contracts, the press services of the Szczecin city hall informed.
Two investment tasks are the largest part of the project concerning the modernization of road access to the Szczecin seaport and the reconstruction of the communication system in the Międzyodrze area.
The modernization of road access to the Szczecin port is co-financed by the European Union under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Program for 2014-2020.
The project is to improve safety and traffic organization and ensure communication with the port.
