If someone decides on an aggressive action against another country, he cannot be treated as a stray child, but as a criminal, a terrorist – said in TVP Info editor Katarzyna Gójska, commenting on today’s situation on the Polish-Belarusian border.
Katarzyna Gójska on TVP Info drew attention to a certain aspect of the activity of Polish services.
“Please take a look at Poland’s actions. They are firm and consistent, but there is no abuse of coercive measures against these people. We use what will protect our border and protect the officers and soldiers guarding it. The Polish state is acting in a very balanced, civilized way, while we are dealing with barbarism, some objects are being thrown, stones, stun grenades, perhaps in a moment, other objects will be used. These people are equipped by the Belarusian services, the Belarusian state, or the Russian services because it is difficult to determine who is in charge of this action and who is hiding in the forests. The Polish state behaves firmly and extremely responsibly. I think this is what the Spokesperson of the Minister – Special Services Coordinator, Stanisław Żaryn, meant when he said that this action of defending the Polish border against the assault was carried out perfectly,” said the editor.
Gójska reminded that migrants at the border are very often said to be poor people, exploited by the regime.
“Certainly, some of them are poor people who have been cheated in some way and who are now being exploited, but it is difficult to say that those who throw grenades and stones and some pipes at Polish guards, policemen, or soldiers are poor and exploited. I think, however, that if someone decides to take this kind of aggressive action against another country, he cannot be treated as a stray child, but as a criminal, a terrorist,” Katarzyna Gójska pointed out.
