In the vicinity of Starzyna, a group of migrants made attempt to forcibly cross the Polish-Belarusian border. The aggressors threw rocks at the officers. No one was hurt.
“This happened on Friday afternoon,” Tomasz Krupa, the spokesman of Podlaska police said on Saturday morning.
A group of migrants tried to cross the Polish-Belarusian border near Starzyna (Hajnówka county). The police and military intervened. The migrants threw stones at the officers. None of the intervening officers were injured, but two police vehicles were damaged.
Pictures attached to the posts show that one police car has a broken side window. The other has numerous dents on the side of the vehicle. More than 60 police officers were involved in the intervention.
