Yuval Harari to open Impact'22 on May 11

The last two years have been a time of constant slowdowns for the world due to epidemic restrictions and accelerations needed to catch up. Creativity and innovation overnight ceased to be empty slogans, and efficiency in finding new ways and solutions became a basic condition for survival in the new normal. That’s why it has become more important than ever to have access to the latest knowledge and best practices from the world, which Impact’22 makes possible.

Impact’22 is not only a space to talk about trends, directions of change, and development, but also the most important industry discussions with a real impact on their future. It is one of the most important and largest technological and economic events in Central and Eastern Europe. It is a unique place where business, science, modern technologies, and public administration meet.

The star of global importance who will open Impact’22 will be Prof. Yuval Noah Harari. This Israel-born historian, intellectual, and writer is one of the world’s most prominent visionaries and meticulously followed contemporary thinkers. His books “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind,” “Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow” and “21 Lessons for the 21st Century” have become international bestsellers. Sold in more than 35 million copies. Professor Yuval Noah Harari’s bestsellers have so far been translated into 65 languages, including Polish.

Another special guest at Impact’22 will be Professor Erin Meyer. Meyer has spent years analyzing and addressing the complexities of cultural differences faced by managers of global corporations. She helps companies change their organizational cultures to one that fosters flexibility and innovation, and prepares strategies for improving project performance around the world. She gained global recognition for a book she wrote with Netflix CEO Reed Hastings. “No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention” is about how an important success factor for Netflix is its unique company culture.
