Multi-sensory exhibition of da Vinci’s works in

Leonardo da Vinci is an artist known across the entire world. In celebration of the 500th anniversary of his death, a “Da Vinci multi-sensory exhibition” was created. Previously displayed in Canada, USA, Florence, Milan, Beijing and Shanghai, the exhibition is now presented in the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw.

The “Da Vinci multi-sensory exhibition” compiles a variety of da Vinci’s works including sketches, sculptures, paintings and inventions, which were actually built for the exposition. The exhibition uses the technology of art immersion (Digital Art 360). The paintings are projected onto the walls, while atmospheric music plays in the background and a lector explains the behind-the-scenes of the artworks. Thanks to that, the visitors can fully immerse themselves in discovering da Vinci’s creations.

While the exhibition was made up in celebration of the artist’s 500th death anniversary, it arrived in Poland close to the 570th anniversary of his birthday (April 15th). The exposition is open from March 26th until June 25th, 2022. You can see the exhibition’s trailer here.
