All cars suddenly broke! A strike at a PKN Orlen petrol station in Bielsko-Biała

PKN Orlen is Poland’s biggest oil and gas company. At the Orlen petrol station in Bielsko-Biała, all cars suddenly ‘broke’ because of ‘some bad energy’. A group of drivers found a way to organize a protest action against the high fuel prices. “There is something here, some bad energy,” said the BMW driver. The reason for this unusual behavior action is the high fuel price. 95 petrol will set another record from Monday, June 6th and PLN 8 per liter becomes more and more real.

The Orlen petrol station at Aleja Generała Władysława Andersa in Bielsko-Biała was blocked. Drivers standing at the entrance to the petrol station put up warning triangles. Some even opened the hoods of cars.

I do not know how long it will take to repair these cars – says another participant of the action. – I have a more important question – how long will it take to lower prices at all stations, because Orlen dictates prices to all entities involved in the retail fuel trade. The refinery’s margin is very high, the dollar is falling, the euro is falling, the zloty is strengthening. So such high prices are not justified.

Participants of the action declare that such protests will take place in other cities in Poland.
