Saudi Arabia granted USD 10 million to aid Ukrainian war refugees in Poland, the Saudi embassy in Warsaw said on Monday.
The funds, which will support refugee aid projects launched in Poland by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), were donated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief).
Most of the funding will be spent on medical equipment and first-aid materials.
KSRelief general inspector Abdullah AlRabeeah said during a press conference in Warsaw that more Saudi aid for Ukrainian refugees was planned.
