There was a missile attack in Kyiv. As a result of the shelling, an apartment and a kindergarten were damaged, among others. At least 5 people were injured and one was killed. The rescue operation is still ongoing. Museums, theatres, cafes and restaurants have been closed all over the capital.
According to the Ukrainian government, Russian troops fired 14 missiles at Kyiv. The first explosions were heard around 6 am local time. There were then four explosions. Two more eruptions took place later in the southern part of the city.
