Ukrainian troops repelled a Russian attack on Vuhlehirska Power Station in Svitlodarsk in the Donetsk region in the south-east of Ukraine, according to the general staff of the Ukrainian armed forces. Russian forces destroyed a Ukrainian humanitarian aid warehouse during the night. President Zelensky has called for more arms supplies and sanctions against Russia.
Two people were killed in the shelling of a residential district in Kharkiv and 21 were injured. In Kramatorsk and Kostiantynivka, rockets hit school buildings. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian tank destroyed two combine harvesters working in the field. The number of victims of the rocket attack on Vinnytsia has increased to 26. Seven rockets fell on Mykolaiv during the night.
