The exhibit, titled “The Year of Three Polish Generals: Anders, Maczek, Sosabowski”, created by the Polish Embassy and the Polish Cultural Foundation, profiles the three outstanding Polish war commanders and the role they played during the Second World War.
The free exhibition, consisting of 20 panels, is available to view until the end of February 2023.
In the Year of the Three Polish Generals, I am so pleased to be talking about Anders, Maczek and Sosabowski to my local Polish school.
All born in 1892, at a time when Poland had been removed from the map of Europe, the three men would end the war in exile in the UK. pic.twitter.com/92ApzPajjt
