    Stoltenberg urges NATO to strengthen European security against Russian aggression

    Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of NATO, has warned that the bloc must not permit Russia to continue to sabotage European Security.

    On Wednesday, NATO’s eastern flank members (the Bucharest Nine, or B9) held a meeting, which was attended by both Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and US President Joe Biden.

    Stoltenberg warned the B9 leaders that it is not acceptable for Russia to keep eroding European security. He urged them to terminate the pattern of Russian hostility.

    “We cannot allow Russia to continue to chip away at European security,” Stoltenberg told B9 leaders. “We must break the cycle of Russian aggression.
