Ukraine’s President Zelenskiy Demands Putin be Brought to Justice in New War Crimes Tribunal

Russian President Vladimir Putin must be brought to justice for his war in Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said earlier today in The Hague, calling for the creation of a war crimes tribunal separate from the International Criminal Court.
