    Preparation:

    First Layer:

Begin by crushing the tea biscuits until they form fine crumbs. Mix in the cocoa powder and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 24 cm (0,79 ft) springform pan, creating an even layer. Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the next layer.

    Second Layer:

Dissolve each jelly packet separately in one cup of hot water and let them cool. When the lemon jelly starts to set, mix it with the vanilla homogenized cheese. Cut the completely set gooseberry and strawberry jellies into small cubes and fold them into the cheese mixture. Spread this creamy, jelly-infused mixture over the chilled biscuit base. Return the pan to the refrigerator.

    Third Layer:

Puree the strawberries until smooth. Dissolve the two strawberry jellies in half the amount of water recommended on the package. Combine the strawberry puree with the powdered sugar and the cooling, thickening jelly. Mix thoroughly to ensure a consistent texture. Pour this strawberry mousse over the cheese and jelly layer in the pan.

Chill the cake in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours, or until fully set. Once firm, the no-bake strawberry cake is ready to be enjoyed. Slice into this vibrant, layered dessert and savour the blend of creamy cheese, fruity jellies, and fresh strawberries—a perfect treat for a warm day.
