Karol Nawrocki’s Strong Stance Against the “Green Deal” and Rising Costs

During a program conference, Karol Nawrocki emphasized that Poles will have the opportunity on May 18 to decide whether they want to continue with Tusk’s government or not. This decision will influence whether Poland will be affected by ideologies such as the “Green Deal,” which threatens to destroy Polish agriculture and plunge Polish families into energy poverty.

Down with the “Green Deal”

The elections on May 18 will be a referendum on rejecting Donald Tusk’s government. Nawrocki stands in defense of those who say enough to the “Green Deal,” enough to price hikes, enough to the high cost of living. He wants Poland to be strong, but he stresses that we must continue to develop and aim high in all sectors of our lives. Nawrocki assured that we must reject “the policy of foolish steps and stop looking over our shoulders at others.”

“That’s why we say down with the ‘Green Deal.’ We cannot agree to foreign trends and ideologies. We cannot agree to the destruction of our sphere of normality,” said the civic candidate.

An End to Expensive Energy

He also spoke about fighting high energy prices. He explained that he supports renewable energy sources but added that they are not enough.

“Before we reach nuclear energy, we should mine and develop Polish coal,” he noted.

Nawrocki also emphasized the importance of both large and small nuclear power plants, as they are the most stable source of energy.

In Defense of the Polish Farmer

Nawrocki also spoke about food security, as it is a crucial element of national security. “I will be the guardian of Polish farms,” said Nawrocki, assuring that he will defend Polish farmers.

He promised not to sign any laws that would limit the production of Polish farmers. He reiterated his opposition to the Green Deal and the agreement with Mercosur. He added that he would sign a moratorium on the ban of purchasing Polish land.

Nawrocki also spoke about Polish forests, assuring that he would not only defend them but also fight against eco-terrorism.
