A well-known British singer Tom Odell performed for Ukrainian refugees at Bucharest train station on March 11.
“Yesterday, I had the honour of singing another love at Bucharest train station in the company of many Ukrainian refugees. Thousands of Ukrainians fleeing the war are transiting through this station every day and many have been travelling for 3 days without rest, uprooted from their homes, their belongings, their jobs and their families. Their world’s have been turned upside down unimaginably. They are mostly women, children and old people but what is most remarkable in all of them is their strength of spirit, it is formidable. They are formidable,” Tom Odell wrote on his Instagram account.
He also provided names of charities that are working round the clock to help Ukrainian refugees.
