Few Believe Tusk Will Deliver on His Promised 100 Policies – Even His Own Voters Doubt Him

According to a United Surveys poll for Wirtualna Polska, 78 percent of respondents believe that Prime Minister Donald Tusk will not fulfill all the promises he made during the 2023 election campaign by the end of his term. Only 17 percent believe he will.

Among those identifying as voters of the ruling coalition (Civic CoalitionKO, Poland 2050Polska 2050, Polish People’s PartyPSL, The LeftLewica), 41 percent think Tusk will manage to keep his election promises, while 53 percent are convinced he will not. Among opposition voters (Law and JusticePiS, ConfederationKonfederacja), 94 percent are certain that fulfilling all election promises is impossible.

In the remaining group of surveyed voters, 82 percent believe that Donald Tusk will fail to deliver on all campaign pledges.

The United Surveys poll by IBRiS for Wirtualna Polska was conducted using the CATI/CAWI method between August 13-16, 2025, on a representative sample of 1,000 adult Poles.

Before the 2023 parliamentary elections, Civic Coalition (KO) promised, as one of Tusk’s promised 100 policies for the first 100 days in office, to raise the tax-free allowance to 60,000 PLN. As of December 13, the coalition government has been in power for more than a year and a half, yet no concrete information has been presented on when this measure will be implemented. A grim silence also surrounds dozens of other promises.
