The Federal Security Service, which is responsible for long-term hybrid attacks, diversionary actions, and sabotage in Poland, liquidated its assets through auctions. They were conducted by the Russian Auction House, which is linked to a friend of Włodzimierz Czarzasty.
Publicly available documents confirm that the Russian Auction House held an auction worth 92 million rubles, the subject of which was military equipment managed by the Federal Security Service (FSB).
The Russian service is responsible for hybrid attacks, disinformation operations, and sabotage on Polish territory. Its aim is to weaken the state and destabilize the internal situation. This concerns not only isolated incidents but long-term and coordinated activity by services subordinate to the Kremlin.
“The Russian Auction House cooperates with companies responsible for FSB assets, effectively financing its budget, and a friend of the Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland still works there,” we read.

The Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Kompleks” (FGUP) is legally subordinate to the Federal Security Service. The company, registered in 2001 in Crimea at the request of the FSB, manages the service’s military assets.
In June 2019, an auction of three military hangars belonging to the FSB was organized on the Russian Auction House platform. The sale value of the facilities located in the town of Vidnoye near Moscow was estimated at 92 million rubles. This means that properties with a total area of 7,179 m2 were sold for approximately 5.3 million złoty. The parties to the bidding agreement were the Russian Auction House and the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
“How is it possible that the business partner of the family of the Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland operates in a world of contracts with companies under EU and US sanctions (Gazprom, Rosatom, Sberbank), as well as with entities subordinate to the FSB – and that this does not prompt reflection from anyone except Law and Justice (PiS) and President Karol Nawrocki?” asks the author of the reports.
Czarzasty: I Consider This Matter Closed
“It has been determined that there is nothing improper in relation to me and in my contacts. I consider this matter closed,” said Włodzimierz Czarzasty during a press conference when asked to respond to the media reports.
“At my request addressed to the coordinator of the special services, Mr. Jacek Dobrzyński, the minister’s spokesperson stated on February 4: in response to journalists’ inquiries, I inform that the Marshal of the Sejm, Włodzimierz Czarzasty, who is under counterintelligence protection by Polish special services, has access to information of the highest classification, the special services have no reservations in this regard and fully implement the applicable regulations in this area,” said the Marshal of the Sejm.
