“You can see the conservative movement awakening all around the world. And another sign of this, another source of hope, was the victory of Karol Nawrocki – and his presidency for another 5, maybe even 10 years,” said George Simion, leader of the Romanian AUR party, in an interview with the portal Niezalezna.pl.
Yesterday, the Sejm of the Republic of Poland hosted the official swearing-in ceremony of Karol Nawrocki as President of the Republic of Poland.
The event was attended by politicians and representatives from across the globe. As reported on Niezalezna.pl, among the guests was a delegation from the administration of Donald Trump, the former President of the United States.
Simion: “The conservative movement is awakening”
That day, Karol Nawrocki was also accompanied by George Simion, leader of the Romanian AUR party, who himself has gone through a presidential campaign. In his conversation with Niezalezna.pl, he emphasized that “this is a great day for Poles and… for all of Europe.”
“Karol Nawrocki has a realistic and sober view of Europe. Many European governments, especially in Western Europe, are simply broken,” he added. He also stressed that “we must unite our forces, and it is a great source of pride for me to take part in the inauguration of Karol Nawrocki as President of Poland.”
As he pointed out, “you can see the conservative movement awakening all around the world. And another sign of this, another source of hope, was the victory of Karol Nawrocki – and his presidency for another 5, maybe even 10 years.”
