“Greetings from Rome with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni,” wrote Mateusz Morawiecki, Chairman of the European Conservatives and Reformists (EKR), on social media.
The former prime minister and current head of the EKR is in Rome, where the finale of Atreju 2025 is underway – an annual conference organized by the Italian party Brothers of Italy (Fratelli d’Italia, FdI).
This year’s Atreju was devoted to summing up two years of governance by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who comes from FdI.
Leading representatives of European conservative parties gathered in Rome.
At 12:00 on Sunday, the event will officially conclude, with Meloni delivering a speech. One of the speakers at Sunday’s event was also Mateusz Morawiecki.
