Hidden protocols incriminate Kamila L. So why did the court sentence her to only 6 years and allow her contact with her children?

Police interrogation records omitted by the court are said to indicate that Kamila L. directly forced the victim into pedophilia – according to niezalezna.pl sources. Now the former Civic Platform (PO) activist, despite receiving a strikingly lenient sentence, is demanding full acquittal. The shocking passivity of the justice system over the years has allowed a woman accused of zoophilia and aiding pedophilia to retain care of her children.

Both Kamila L. and her husband Przemysław L. were sentenced in March this year in two separate trials for their heinous acts. The man received a sentence of 25 years in prison for rape, pedophilia, and zoophilia. His victims were drugged and then sexually abused, with the acts recorded. Kamila L. was sentenced to over 6 years, while the prosecutor had demanded 18 years in prison – 15 years for aiding her convicted husband and 3 years for animal abuse. The prosecution has filed an appeal.

Hidden protocols

According to our information, police interrogation records from one of Przemysław L.’s victims directly incriminate Kamila L. They come from the early stage of the investigation and indicate that she knowingly and directly forced the victim to participate in pedophilia. This would mean she should not have been tried merely for failing to react appropriately to her husband’s actions.

However, according to our knowledge, these key testimonies were not taken into account by the court, which issued a first-instance sentence of only 6 years in prison. Why? We will continue to investigate this matter.

For now, Kamila L. has filed a bold appeal to the court – demanding full acquittal. Her legal representative is challenging the entire verdict and all its findings – as we learned from the court in Świdnica.

Contact with children. Prosecutorial errors. Court decisions
According to case files and court materials obtained by Niezalezna.pl, Kamila L. led a lifestyle raising serious concerns about her ability to provide children with proper care, safety, and development.

As previously reported, the couple – Kamila L. (now W.) and Przemysław L. – organized numerous “entertainment” trips and parties.

Investigation materials show that these were often “nude parties” among acquaintances. The couple also attended swinger gatherings across the country. They had a “favorite” location near Częstochowa but frequently visited various such venues throughout Poland. During this time, they left their children in the care of friends.

How is it possible, then, that Kamila L. has not been stripped of parental rights?

Under a decision of the District Court in Kłodzko dated May 10, 2024, her parental authority was limited, but only slightly. At that time, supervision by a court-appointed guardian was introduced.

It should be recalled that on June 12, 2023, Kamila W. heard her first charges at the prosecutor’s office, including for zoophilia. This means that for nearly a year nothing changed, and it was deemed that the children would have perfectly fine conditions living under the same roof as a zoophile. How did this happen?

The reasons for this passivity and the negligence of the prosecution – which failed to forward investigation materials to the court during that time – were described by journalist Jakub Pilarek on the Wnet radio portal.

The judge was finally informed only after 10 months, and in a way that did not reflect the essence of the case – he received only a dry legal qualification stating that the woman had abused animals.

From the moment supervision began, the court-appointed guardian informed the court about the minors’ situation and found no evidence that their welfare was at risk during that period.

Nothing changed until the non-final verdict against Kamila L. – for nearly two more years. The verdict was issued on March 18, 2026. She was found guilty of failing to assist her minor daughter who was experiencing pedophilia, and of participating in zoophilia.

On March 31, 2026, the Regional Court in Świdnica, 1st Civil Division, which is handling the couple’s divorce proceedings, amended the supervision order ex officio. The minor children were placed in institutional foster care – provided by their grandparents. Kamila L. was granted permission to maintain contact with the children. She uses this in practice – for example, taking them to educational institutions.

The court-appointed guardian began supervising the foster family on April 2, 2026. The first report was prepared 7 days later, on April 9, 2026. The reports were based not only on visits to the children’s residence but also on contact with a psychologist, school counselor, and employees of the Family Support Center in Kłodzko. The guardian found no evidence of harm or neglect of the minors by their grandparents.

Kamila and Przemysław – contrary to media reports – are still not divorced and remain married. Their parental authority will be decided by the Regional Court in Świdnica, 1st Civil Division, in the divorce ruling. The case is still at the stage of evidentiary motions, and it is unknown when it will conclude.

Kamila changed her surname to W. after her application was approved by the Civil Registry Office in Kłodzko.
