Minister of Culture and National Heritage Prof. Piotr Gliński signed the founding agreement for the creation of the Institute of the Polish Library in Paris on Monday. “This is a historic moment for Poland. The Polish state will finance and support the Polish Library in Paris. The agreement was signed for 50 years,” – Minister Gliński said.
