Liberalisation of wind farm law abandoned by new parliamentary majority

The Sejm voted against the government’s bill on freezing energy prices but did adopt the new coalitionís draft which was sent to the committee for further work. Last night, amendments to the bill of the KO and Poland 2050 MPs were submitted, aimed at supporting consumers of electricity, gas and heat. The amendment removes from the bill controversial provisions regarding wind turbines.
