On Tuesday, the creation of the “Poland First” (Po Pierwsze Polska) association was announced. The organization will operate within Law and Justice (PiS), and its mission is to strengthen party unity and support the campaign of Professor Przemysław Czarnek, according to PiS MP and association president Jacek Sasin.
“Our mission is to strengthen the unity of our party, actively support the campaign of Prof. Przemysław Czarnek, and develop policy solutions that will open the way for a safe and prosperous future for Poland and the Polish people under the rule of Law and Justice,” Sasin wrote on X while announcing the establishment of the association, of which he has become president.
“Full loyalty”
As Sasin explained, “Poland First” is made up of PiS parliamentarians, and the number of membership declarations submitted by people wishing to become involved in its activities has already exceeded 100.
Members declare full loyalty to Law and Justice and its leader, Jarosław Kaczyński.
He added that the association will not operate outside the party or create its own regional structures, remaining an initiative functioning exclusively within PiS.
The positions of vice-presidents have been taken by MP Elżbieta Witek and Members of the European Parliament Tobiasz Bocheński and Patryk Jaki.
MP Michał Moskal has been appointed secretary of the association, while MP Marek Wesoły will serve as treasurer.
“We are now proceeding with the formal registration in the National Court Register,” Sasin announced.
He added that more information about the association will be presented in the near future.
