The Military Division of the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office plans to bring charges against Prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz in connection with the declassification—by then-Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak—of documents related to the so-called “Vistula Line” plan. The plan involved conceding half of Poland’s territory to the Russian Federation in the event of an invasion. According to Michał Rachoń, Program Director of TV Republika, Agnieszka Glapiak is also expected to face charges tomorrow in the same case.

The Military Affairs Division is investigating the disclosure of parts of Poland’s Armed Forces Operational Plan “WARTA-00101” from 2011. The case was initiated following a complaint filed by Jarosław Stróżyk, head of the Military Counterintelligence Service and chairman of the government commission investigating Russian influence.
The declassified documents were shared by former Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak, including via social media. They were also featured in an episode of the documentary series Reset, created by Sławomir Cenckiewicz and Michał Rachoń. As a result, many Poles became aware of how the government in 2011 planned to “defend” the country in the event of a Russian attack.
In March, Mariusz Błaszczak was formally charged in this case. Yesterday, the former minister revealed via social media that two of his close associates, including Agnieszka Glapiak—Vice Chair of the National Broadcasting Council—are also expected to be charged this week.
“The current authorities are persecuting all those who fight for the truth and refused to accept the concealment of Donald Tusk’s government’s true intentions. With their campaign floundering, the ‘December 13th Coalition’ launches yet another episode of political spectacle,” wrote Rachoń, adding: “I stand firmly with my colleagues.”
Will Prof. Cenckiewicz Be Charged?
This morning, Prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz posted an update suggesting that he may soon be charged as well.
WARNING: “I have information that this political agitator—an activist from the radical Lex Super Omnia group, illegally appointed to the District Prosecutor’s Office, a manipulator in the Smolensk investigation (Prosecutor Pasionek case), the son of a Second Directorate officer in the Polish People’s Army and a convicted lustration liar—Marcin Maksjan, plans to bring false charges against me related to the declassification of a suicidal, capitulatory, and harmful military plan that would have delayed Russia’s advance on Warsaw,” wrote the historian.
He continued: “If this is true—even though I had no role whatsoever in the declassification process at the Military Historical Bureau—I consider it an honor to be targeted by Donald Tusk’s pro-Russian establishment, which took power in 2023, simply for opposing Russian influence and espionage in Poland.”
“‘I will not remove my uniform, I will not lay down my arms,’ said Major Hubal—and I promise the same to you, communists, opportunists, and hacks from WSI. I’m actually looking forward to this courtroom battle—it could mark the end of Maksjan’s prosecutorial career and that of his patrons,” he added.
He Spoke About It Just Days Ago
Just a few days ago, on air at TV Republika, Prof. Cenckiewicz—former director of the Military Historical Bureau—said:
“In a few days, Ms. Agnieszka Glapiak, Vice Chair of the National Broadcasting Council, will likely be charged by Mr. Maksjan regarding the ‘Vistula Line.’ And maybe in a few days, I’ll be charged too. All this fuss surrounding Karol Nawrocki amounts to dozens of fabricated accusations they’re ready to throw around. Every day, the public will be bombarded with flashy red-bannered headlines from the Prosecutor’s Office.”
Błaszczak: You Have My Full Support!
Former Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak also responded to Prof. Cenckiewicz’s statement:
“A pathological prosecutor who may have committed a crime during his press conference is desperate to prove his loyalty to Minister Bodnar. Zeal worthy of a red revolutionary. All those who fought—and continue to fight—for the truth are being persecuted by the current regime. Professor, you have my full support!” he wrote.
