The Polish amputee football team crushed Germany 6-0 in their final Group D match of the European Amputee Football Championship in Evian. This victory, Poland’s third consecutive win without conceding a goal, secures their place in the quarterfinals where they will face Ireland on Thursday.

The match began cautiously, but Bartosz Łastowski broke the deadlock in the 13th minute with a goal assisted by Marcin Oleksy. Just before halftime, Poland doubled their lead with a well-executed free kick that saw Kamil Rosiek score.
In the second half, Poland extended their lead further. A corner kick in the 29th minute led to Marcin Oleksy scoring after a rebound. Minutes later, Mateusz Warakomski made it 4-0 with a precise strike. Jakub Kożuch added a powerful long-range goal in the 49th minute, and Łastowski sealed the 6-0 victory with a final goal in added time.
Poland’s team will now rest before their quarterfinal match against Ireland on Thursday, June 6, at 1:30 PM.
